STEP 1

Application

Submit an application as instructed in job postings.

STEP 2

Application review

Applicants are first examined for qualification based on information provided in the application form.

STEP 3

Personality/aptitude test

An online and offline personality/aptitude test is conducted once to identify applicants' talent and capability.

STEP 4

Interview

Interview is to verify applicants' job and personal capabilities. It is conducted by working-level employees and executives to find a right talent for an open position. For details, please check the job postings.

STEP 5

Recruitment

Selected applicants are hired after medical examination.
